All returns require an authorization number. This helps keep our inventory updated. Please call for your authorization number. We will accept any stones shipped within the previous fifteen days for a full credit providing they have not been damaged, used or set. A copy of the invoice must be sent back with the stone. Packaging returns is your responsibility. Stones need to be wrapped and protected to avoid damage.
